Initial Consult
Our first contact will be a brief consult to meet and get a general idea of your personal goals for therapy. This is also a great opportunity to make sure we are a good fit for the therapeutic process. I believe long lasting, personal growth is dependent on our working therapeutic relationship; this brief introduction is a valuable first step in your mental health journey. Cost is free.
Initial Intake
After the initial consultation, if we both believe a therapeutic relationship could promote growth and healing for you, we will schedule an intake session. I will ask that you first complete the intake form and submit it via email/website at least 24 hours before the intake session. This will allow me the time to read through your responses, make notes and have questions ready for any clarification needed. *Along with the intake form, you must complete and submit the Informed Consent. Cost is $175 for 1 hour.
Individual Therapy
Through individual therapy, I offer a safe, supportive and nonjudgemental environment for you to explore your true self, build resilience, and develop healthy coping skills. In an effective therapeutic relationship, individuals will be empowered to navigate life with greater confidence and capability. Individual therapy is a collaborative effort that requires active participation from you. The approaches used will vary depending on your specific needs. Therapies often utilized include a combination of the following: Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths Based Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Cost is $150 for 50 minutes. *Sliding scale available upon request and evaluation of need.
